COVID 19 UPDATES
Following the recent government announcements and the tightening of restrictions, we are pleased to say that we are still open and running a full service.
However, if you are shielding or feel uncomfortable about attending your appointment then please let us know as soon as you can and we will happily rebook it for later in the year.
If you are having any dental problems but can't get in to see us, please don't hesitate to email or call. Try and give us as much detail as you can of the problem and if possible include a photo. One of the dentists will call you back and try and help you over the phone.
Please be aware we are still working in accordance with our strict Covid-19 protocols and standard operating procedures. If you are coming to the practice by car, when you arrive please call us to let us know you are here. The phone lines can be busy so it might take a bit of time to get through. Once you get through, the receptionist will go through the entrance procedure and will let you know when we are ready to take you straight into the surgery. Please have a mask ready to wear into the practice and prepare to have your forehead temperature taken.
If you are coming by foot, please try and arrive as close to your appointment as possible. If you can, call us when you are five minutes away and if the surgery is ready, you will be able to come straight in. If there is a delay and the previous patient has not left the building, you will be asked to wait outside as long as the weather is good. If not, then of course you will be allowed in but we will have to ensure that social distancing of a minimum of 2m is adhered to.
If you need to make a payment for your treatment, ideally use a card or contactless but we are still taking cash (no cheques though). You will be asked to leave via a separate door and walk around the practice to exit.
If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Please stay safe and well.
